Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The 7-day trial asks for nothing but an email address. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel and no chance of an accidental charge.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard, under Settings. Two clicks, no email, no phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I delete my account entirely?

Yes. Settings → Delete account. Your profile, posts, images and connected social accounts are removed, and any active subscription is cancelled with no further charges.

Can I cancel a yearly plan?

Yes. You keep access until the end of the year you have paid for, and it will not renew. Payments already made are not refunded, which is why the monthly plan exists if you'd rather stay flexible.

What happens if I cancel mid-week?

The posts already scheduled still go out. You simply won't get a new week after that.

Can I switch between Starter and Pro?

Yes, any time. Upgrading gives you a fresh week straight away. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, from Settings. Moving to yearly takes effect straight away; moving back to monthly takes effect when your current year ends.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Only the price. Yearly costs about two months less over the year.

Which networks can I post to?

Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile are all live. LinkedIn is coming soon. Starter covers up to two networks — you choose which. Pro covers all.
